Acceptance and Eligibility
These Terms apply to your access to and use of https://penvako.com and its shopping services, operated by Shenyang Zhongying Building Materials Trading Co., Ltd.. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase transaction in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, size information, prices and availability accurate. Product options may change, and minor differences in color or appearance may result from screen settings, lighting or manufacturing variation. Review the listing carefully before checkout. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you to explain the available options; we will not knowingly substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Orders and Payment
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily confirm dispatch. We may review, decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons such as payment failure, stock unavailability, a material listing or pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to verify delivery details. If we cannot fulfill an order that has been paid for, we will notify you and refund the amount for the unfulfilled order. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout; we do not ask customers to email full payment-card numbers.
Order Changes and Cancellation
Please contact service@penvako.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests can only be handled if the order has not progressed too far into preparation or shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after fulfillment has begun. Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Shipping, Duties and Delivery
Processing generally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 10–20 business days for standard shipping and 5–10 business days for express shipping where available at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs, weather, holidays and carrier operations may cause delays. Import duties, taxes or customs fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where applicable.
Returns and Consumer Rights
Returns and refunds are handled under the Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any product back. The 14-day reporting/request period described in store policy does not override mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, automated data collection that violates site rules, or interference with site operation. Product photographs, copy, graphics, branding and page design may be protected by intellectual-property law; do not reproduce or commercially use them without permission unless applicable law allows it. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Changes do not remove mandatory legal protections or retrospectively reduce rights already accrued.
